When will my order ship?

Please refer to the individual product pages for details on estimated shipping times. Shipping estimates are subject to change, but we do our best to provide realistic targets and will always communicate via Instagram or email should there be a delay. 

Can I play the VHS on any VCR?

All “Titan Tapes” VHS tapes are produced in NTSC format, so they can only be played on VCRs that are formatted for NTSC. While most VCR’s will play both NTSC & PAL formats, there is a possibility that the VHS will not play correctly based on the format of your VHS player. Geographical Usage for NTSC & PAL VHS formats are stated below

NTSC Formatted tapes are primarily used in North, South, & Central America

PAL Formatted tapes are popular in Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa, and in select parts of South America 

Why does the video seem squished, stretched or distorted on my TV?

Different TV styles/sizes and/or VCRs being used may effect your viewing experience. If you feel the picture looks distorted, we recommend navigating to the view setting on your television and changing the aspect ratio. Depending on your television, the picture may display better in 4:3 or 16:9.

Based on the many variables of this older technology and the different formats of TV and VCR combinations, picture quality or distortion issues will not be grounds for a refund.

Are VHS or cassettes available for purchase seperately? 

VHS and cassettes are only available in bundles and not available for purchase indivdually.  

Can I cancel or change my order? 

Due to the limited nature of the products offered by Titan Tapes, all sales are final. Please consider your purchase carefully before buying.
